Pro-Active Support Services

To provide our clients with a comprehensive range of IT services, in a manner similar to that of having an in-house IT department. We follow a pro-active approach to IT through effective IT management within our clients businesses.

The following Pro-Active Services are offered by Gist:

• Manned & Monitored telephone and email support, including Remote assistance using Remote Desktop and a Virtual Private Network where available

• Planned or Emergency Onsite assistance/Critical support (extra costs apply)

• Monthly or planned onsite preventative maintenance/ system health check

OBJECTIVES OF SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS

• To create an environment, which is conducive to a co-operative relationship between Gist and the Client, to ensure an effective service.
• To document the responsibilities of Gist and our Client to ensure efficient execution of such an Agreement.
• To define in detail the service to be delivered by Gist, at what cost and the level of service that can be expected by the Client, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings.
• To provide for the parties to the Service Level Agreement a single, easily referenced document which caters for all objectives as listed above.
